I'm so glad Halo Wars is finally out. I can't wait to play the game and to finally show some characters I made for it. It's been over a year since I originally worked on it and feel I have learned alot since then.
It was also the last project that I used the Brazil renderer on. Most everything I have done these days is in Mental Ray. Brazil you will be missed...kinda.

I really enjoy the large variety of art Deviant Art has. In particular it is fun to hunt around for great traditional sculptors and photographers.

In fact if anyone out there has links/photos for good hires facial textures let me know. I use sites like 3d.sk but I'm quite sure they take hobos off the street and photograph them naked. Just having a good image of an attractive person won't make your 3d model great but it will certainly remove alot of headaches.
